Rooted: A Seasonal Mind–Body Retreat Series
Move with the seasons. Connect with yourself, your community, and the land.
Rooted is a seasonal retreat series held at Plan Bee Farm Brewery, designed to align your experience with the rhythm of the year. Each session blends mind-body practices—yoga, expressive movement, acupressure, and Ayurvedic seasonal teachings—with opportunities to engage directly with the land and the people who steward it.
Each session concludes with a tasting of Plan Bee’s locally-sourced beers, made with 100% New York ingredients, paired with a behind-the-scenes look at the brewery’s mission and sustainable practices. Every retreat is an invitation to connect—to your body, to others, and to the environment that nourishes us.
Spring: Root to Ground (June 6, 10AM - 3PM): Awaken and reconnect as new growth emerges.
Summer: Root to Grow (August 1, 10AM - 3PM): Expand energy and movement during the season of abundance.
Fall: Root to Gather (September 26, 10AM - 3PM): Reflect, share, and prepare as the year comes to harvest.
Each retreat is designed to stand alone or to be experienced as part of the full seasonal journey — giving you a deeper connection to the cycles of nature, your community, and your own rhythm throughout the year.

Plan Bee Farm Brewery
Plan Bee Farm Brewery was born through the creativity and experience of Emily and Evan Watson. At Plan Bee Farm Brewery, we define ‘local’ as that which grows in New York State, if not on our farm. Over the course of the next few years we will work tirelessly to reduce the radius of our sourced ingredients. The goal is to be able to say, “I planted & processed everything in this beer personally.” To learn more about Plan Bee’s story, click here!
